Up to 14 days following the receipt of your goods, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Should you wish to return your goods after this 14 day period, then we can only offer you a “like-for like” exchange, which means that you will receive the exact same product, unless it has been returned because it is either the wrong product or is the wrong size. Exchanges are subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original tags attached. You must also have a valid proof of purchase.
If you decide to cancel your order, then you must advise us in writing. This can be by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by letter to Jackal Trick Limited, Unit 3 Sovereign Business Park, Huddersfield HD8 8FW and mark for the attention of Returns.
Our TRANSFORM, FORM3D and TEAM products, which are custom-made, are exempt from being returned, except in the case of a warranty claim. All Gift Cards and Sale products are non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided after 14 days following the receipt of your goods. If you are eligible for a refund then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which we aim to complete within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again. Then contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email at email@example.com.
Exchanges will only be approved for the following reasons:
To return a product you must first download and complete our Return/Exchange form. Your product must be placed the original packaging. If additional packaging is necessary then it is your responsibility to ensure that this is secure and offers suitable transit protection for your goods.
When you are ready to return your goods, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, collection address, phone number and convenient collection dates. Our courier will then liaise with you directly to arrange collection of your package.
The cost of this return service is free to our UK customers only, except those that are returning their goods for a refund. Non-UK customers should make their own arrangements for their return. Should our UK customers decide not to use this service, then it must be a trackable service with proof of delivery, and this will be at your own cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and also advise you of the approval or rejection of your return.
